CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS

How to cancel

Requests to cancel a Virtual Congress registration must be emailed to congress@acaud.org.

Please include:

  • the registrant’s full name;
  • the registration or confirmation number; and
  • details of the cancellation request.

Cancellations and refunds

A registration may be cancelled before the registrant has accessed the Virtual Congress platform or viewed any Virtual Congress content.

Approved cancellations will receive a refund of the registration fee paid, less a $50 administration fee.

Once the registrant has accessed the Virtual Congress platform or viewed any Virtual Congress content, the registration is non-refundable, except where otherwise required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Failure to access or use the Virtual Congress before the access period ends does not entitle the registrant to a refund.

Registration transfers

Virtual Congress registrations are issued to the individual named on the registration and cannot be transferred, reassigned or substituted to another person.

Login details and access credentials must not be shared with any other person.
