Cancellations and refunds
Virtual Congress registrations are non-refundable once purchased, except where a refund or other remedy is required under the Australian Consumer Law.
ACAud does not provide refunds for change of mind, inability to attend or participate, failure to access the Virtual Congress platform, or failure to view Virtual Congress content during the available access period.
The registrant is responsible for ensuring they access and view the Virtual Congress content within the stated access period.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Registration transfers
Virtual Congress registrations are issued to the individual named on the registration and cannot be transferred, reassigned or substituted to another person.
Login details and access credentials must not be shared with any other person.
Privacy
- Your personal information is used for registration, event administration and relevant updates. Chat/interactivity logs may be exported for event operations.

Definitions
- Event: any ACAud ticketed activity.
- Delegate: any person to whom these terms apply.
- Ticket: a valid entry credential for an Event.
- Venue: the physical location of the Event.
