The information provided via Congress online forms will be used solely to manage the Congress, including (as relevant) registrations, payments, catering, accessibility and dietary needs, accommodation/transport coordination, exhibitor/sponsor administration, CPD allocation and post-event communications.

Personal information is managed by ACAud National Congress 2026 and will be used only for the purpose for which it was collected, for a permitted secondary purpose, or as required by law. We may share limited personal information with contracted service providers (e.g., venue, AV, registration/IT platforms, caterers) strictly for event delivery. We do not sell personal information.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, modification, unauthorised disclosure, loss and unauthorised access, and to securely destroy or permanently de-identify personal information when it is no longer required.
